Media accreditation is open for Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk

Accreditation for print and electronic media wishing to cover the 35th edition of the International Festival of Arts Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk will be open from 11 May until 15 June 2026 inclusively, BelTA learned from the Information Ministry of Belarus.

Accreditation of journalists from media outlets registered in the Republic of Belarus, technical support staff for the festival and representatives of internet resources is carried out by the Information Ministry. An application, submitted in accordance with the established template, signed by the head of the legal entity that serves as the media outlet's editorial body and by the head of the relevant government body, local government body or state organization (for representatives of internet resources), shall be sent to the Information Ministry via email to ups@mininform.gov.by, with the subject line “Accreditation for Slavianski Bazaar 2026”.

It must contain the following information about the journalist, the technical support staff member for the festival, or the representative of the internet resource: full name (surname, first name, patronymic), pseudonym (if any), position, passport details (including identification number, if applicable), date (day, month, year) of birth, citizenship, contact details (mobile phone number, email address); about the media outlet or internet resource: name of the editorial office, official full name of the media outlet, name and domain name of the internet resource, full name of the editor-in-chief (or head), subject matter, circulation, publication frequency, broadcast time, number of subscribers (for internet resources), distribution territory, and the expected volume of publications and reports about the festival. If the accredited media journalist or internet resource representative has covered the festival in the past, they must provide (in electronic format) links to their main publications or television/radio segments about the festival.

Applications for accreditation of foreign media journalists are accepted until 11 June by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, in accordance with the temporary accreditation procedure for foreign journalists. The application form is available on the website. 

Accreditation is granted for the duration of the festival.
