On September 22, National Children's Center "Zubrenok" will host the Union State Day

On September 22, 2026, the National Children’s Center “Zubrenok” will host a thematic Day of the Union State as part of the civic and patriotic camp for students of the Union State “For the Honor of the Fatherland.” Mikhail Mironchik, Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly’s Commission on Science and Education, will take part in the event, the PA press service reports.

The session will take place from September 8 to September 28, 2026, and will bring together 42 teams from cadet institutions in Belarus and Russia, with a total of more than 500 participants. The event is funded from the budget of the Union State.
During the visit to the Zubrenok National Children’s Center, the parliamentarian will get acquainted with the organization of recreation and the educational process and will deliver a welcoming speech to the session participants.
The central event of the session is the themed Day of the Union State. As part of the program, there will be a solemn march‑parade of participants in the civic‑patriotic cadet session of students of the Union State “For the Honor of the Fatherland,” demonstration performances by military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, and the festival “Union of Slavic Loyalty.”
NOTE: The event is held annually. It is carried out in order to create and ensure conditions for the implementation of the main tasks of the Union State in the field of social policy, including civic‑patriotic and spiritual‑moral education of young people, the formation of patriotic consciousness in the younger generation and the basis for direct preparation to serve the Fatherland, as well as the strengthening of friendly ties between peers from Belarus and Russia.
