Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to discuss cooperation on rare earths with Belarusian counterpart Aleksandr Lukashenko, but there are no concrete plans yet in this regard, spokesman for the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov said at a briefing for the press, TASS informs.

“So far there are no specific plans in this regard, but if there is a need to discuss this, the president will certainly do,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
