According to the Standing Committee of the Union State, the task for the near term will be to draw up a list of issues that were agreed at the union Council of Ministers for the upcoming meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State.
"In this context, attention was focused on the need to accelerate the finalisation of the Strategy for the Formation of a Common Information Space of the Union State for 2026-2030 so that it can be submitted, among other issues, for approval by the Supreme State Council of the Union State," the Standing Committee explained.
The participants in the meeting also discussed the issue of the list of intellectual activity results obtained in the course of implementing Union State programmes and projects. The structural subdivisions of the Standing Committee have been instructed to conduct, jointly with the state customers of Union State programmes and projects, an inventory of intellectual property objects (IPOs), to analyse and update the Recommendations on the distribution of rights to IPOs created in the course of implementing programmes, and to account for such objects. At the meeting, a proposal was made to consider the expediency of harmonising national approaches to accounting for IPOs in order to form, in the future, a unified system for monitoring the results of intellectual activity created using funds from the budget of the Union State.
Among other things, the Standing Committee of the Union State also discussed a number of promising scientific and technical programmes of the Union State.
