Lukashenko sends anniversary greetings to Belarus’ MTRK Mir Branch staff

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to the staff of the Belarus Branch (representative office) of the International TV and Radio Company MTRK Mir on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of its establishment in Belarus, BelTA has learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader

“Over these years, your team has achieved the main thing - it has won the trust of tens of millions of residents of the vast Eurasian space. Today Belarus’ MTRK Mir Branch is our pride and a bright star in the large constellation of MTRK Mir,” the message of greetings reads.
The head of state drew attention to the fact that the company’s current anniversary falls at a very difficult and eventful time: “It is now that the work of journalists, who are ready to defend the country's position in word and deed, is of special value.”
Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that thanks to the news stories and documentary projects by the staff of the television and radio company, Belarus, its people and achievements are known in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The president wished the staff of the MTRK Mir branch in Belarus strong health, professional development and new creative successes.
