Belarus, Azerbaijan sign documents on cooperation in tourism, energy, oil industry

As a result of negotiations between Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko and Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev the sides have signed several documents on advancing cooperation in various spheres, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry signed a memorandum of understanding with the Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan on cooperation in the area of veterinary medicine.

The heads of the energy ministries signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the sphere of energy.

Another memorandum was signed by the National Tourism Agency of Belarus and the State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan.

Apart from that, a memorandum of understanding was signed remotely by the Belarusian state petrochemical concern Belneftekhim and the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR).
