Lukashenko makes personnel decisions

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko made personnel decisions on 4 January. 

The head of state appointed:

Yuri Chebotar as Economy Minister;

Mikhail Kasko as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to India;

Sergei levkovich as

President’s aide – inspector for Vitebsk Oblast;

Tatyana Mikolenko as judge of the CIS Economic Court;

Igor |Zolotar as head of logistics management of the CSTO Joint Stuff.

The President also approved the appointment of:

Sergei Yegorov as chairman of the Vitebsk District Executive Committee;

Pavel Gubko as chairman of the Molodechno District Executive Committee;

Sergei Bobovich as director general of Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant;

Valery Verenich as First Deputy Transport and Communications Minister;

Vitaly Yadevich as a member of the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee;

Sergei Zaitsev as head of the department for military security issues of the CSTO Secretariat.
