Call to keep momentum in Union State of Belarus and Russia

We need to keep what we have achieved in the Union State, State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota said during the videoconference meeting of experts “Russia and Belarus: The future after the pandemic”.

“The main thing is not to lose the momentum. There are a lot of good things in our relationship. We have humanitarian achievements, good relations in trade, economy, science, education, and culture. It's all there. It is very important to keep the dialogue going,” Grigory Rapota noted.

“If there were any contradictions, they escalated. If there were any disputes, they grew particularly acute. We all read newspapers, the internet. There are very heated debates. Sometimes, these debates touch on the Russian-Belarusian relations in one context or another. Emotions run high in the information space,” Grigory Rapota noted.
