Belarus’ Yaskevich 2nd at Russian Shooting Cup

Liubov Yaskevich of Belarus secured second place at the ongoing Russian Shooting Cup in Ignatovo, Moscow Oblast, BelTA learned from the press service of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Belarus.

The Belarusian earned silver in the 10m Air Pistol event, scoring 249.5 points, finishing behind Russia’s Daria Isakova (251.7). Earlier, Maria Martynova won gold at the Russian Shooting Cup, while Aliaksandr Kacheuski claimed two bronze medals (both in rifle events). Uladzimir Sholakhau also took third place in the pistol event at the tournament in Ignatovo.
