In his address, the State Secretary emphasized the special symbolism of holding the festival in the year of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. Sergey Glazyev noted that the continuity of generations, the preservation of historical truth, and the upbringing of patriotism are the foundation of the centuries-old friendship between the Belarusian and Russian peoples. The festival has become a traditional platform where young artists, their teachers, and their families gather.
"Each of you is not only a talented performer, but also a true ambassador of friendship, culture, and creativity. Your art reflects the common values and aspirations that unite our nations," the message said.
At the end of the concert, all the festival winners were awarded diplomas, valuable prizes, and memorable gifts from the Permanent Committee of the Union State.
