More than 160,000 foreigners have visited Belarus without a visa since the beginning of the year

Since January 1, 2025, 160,079 people from 38 countries included in the visa-free list have arrived in Belarus. Most of the travelers came from Belarus' neighboring countries: Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland. This was reported by the State Border Committee.

Since April 15, 2022, a total of 1,191,815 Europeans have visited our country. In particular, 381,159 people have arrived from Latvia, 644,077 from Lithuania, and 120,725 from Poland. Additionally, 45,854 people have entered Belarus under the extended visa-free regime for 35 European countries since July 19, 2024. 

The border agency reminded that the Head of State has made a decision to extend visa-free entry for citizens of 38 European countries until December 31, 2025, inclusive.
