Two Belarusian helicopters continue helping Türkiye to tackle wildfires

Two helicopters of the Belarusian Emergencies Ministry Mi-8 and Mi-26 continue helping Türkiye to tackle wildfires, BelTA learned from the Emergencies Ministry of Belarus.

Last week, the helicopters were deployed fires in the areas near the cities of Ankara, Izmir, Istanbul and Antalya.

All in all, the Mi-8 and Mi-26 have performed 173 flights clocking 297 hours 36 minutes and making 850 discharges of 3,000 tonnes of water.
