Belarus, Russia sign cooperation agreements in Nizhny Novgorod

Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Sergey Khomenko and Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Yuri Vorobyov took part in a ceremony to sign agreements, commercial contracts and other documents aimed at expanding cooperation between the two countries on the sidelines of the 12th Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia in Nizhny Novgorod, BelTA learned

The parties concluded seven documents. These include the agreements on cooperation between the Oryol Oblast government and the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee, between the Sakhalin Oblast Duma and the Minsk Oblast Council of Deputies, between the Legislative Assembly of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the Minsk Oblast Council of Deputies, between the Bryansk Oblast Duma and the Minsk Oblast Council of Deputies, between the Bryansk Oblast Duma and the Vitebsk Oblast Council of Deputies, between the Belgorod Oblast Duma and the Brest Oblast Council of Deputies and a plan of action for 2025-2026 to the agreement on cooperation between the Murmansk Regional Duma and the Mogilev Council of Deputies.
