The Permanent Committee of the Union State discussed the results of the audit of control bodies

At a meeting of the Permanent Committee of the Union State, the results of an audit by the Accounts Chamber of Russia and the State Control Committee of Belarus were reviewed. A decision was made to prepare a plan of measures to eliminate violations and shortcomings identified by the control bodies.

The meeting also discussed the preparation of the draft budget of the Union State for 2026.
Special attention was paid to the preparation for the participation of the Permanent Committee of the Union State in the XII Forum of Regions of Russia and Belarus, dedicated to youth and the legacy of the Great Victory, in the events marking the Day of Independence of the Republic of Belarus, as well as in the Union State events of the festivals "Alexandria Gathers Friends" and "Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk".
Following the meeting, the Permanent Committee of the Union State was instructed to prepare materials on the financing of the project to create a museum exhibition at the Buynichskoe Pole Memorial Complex in Mogilev.
In addition, the responsible persons were instructed to study the possibility of connecting the Permanent Committee of the Union State to the electronic document management system.
