PHOTOfact: Eurasian Economic Forum in Minsk

The IV Eurasian Economic Forum kicked off at the Minsk International Exhibition Center. On June 26, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko took part in the forum at the Minsk International Exhibition Center. The forum is being held in conjunction with the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.
The forum's program includes six major thematic blocks, including 35 events, which were attended by over 2,700 people from 33 countries. Representative delegations led by the heads of countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Cuba, and Myanmar arrived in the Belarusian capital to participate in the event.
Sergey Glazyev, the State Secretary of the Union State, spoke at the Dialogue of Interstate Associations: Matching Economic Potentials and Deepening Trade and Economic Cooperation.

Among the issues to be discussed:
– how cooperation between intergovernmental associations can contribute to sustainable development and stabilization of the global economy;
– what business opportunities are opened up by cooperation between integration structures;
– what is necessary for implementing joint cooperation in the industrial sector;
– how the implementation of digital technologies could help overcome logistical difficulties and simplify mutual trade between members of different regional and intergovernmental associations.
