Lukashenko signs decree on Secretariat of Belarusian People's Congress

On 16 February, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 56 "On the Secretariat of the Belarusian People's Congress", BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader. 

The document approved the provisional regulation on the Secretariat. It is a permanent working body that enables the Belarusian People's Congress to exercise its powers.

The decree comes into force after its official publication and is valid until the Belarusian People's Congress approves the regulation on the Secretariat of the Belarusian People's Congress.
