Belarusian doctors provide assistance to 15 refugees near Bruzgi over past 24 hours

Over the past 24 hours, Belarusian medics provided medical care to 15 refugees in the border area near the Bruzgi checkpoint, BelTA learned from the press service of the Healthcare Ministry.

Last night, four people, including one child, turned to a emergency medical assistance team which is on standby in the logistics center. The one-year baby was diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis and admitted together with the mother in the children's regional hospital. Doctors stabilized his condition.

Medical care was provided to two adults on the spot. One patient with renal colic was rushed to the Grodno Emergency Care Hospital.

Now Grodno hospitals are treating six patients from among the refugees, including four children.
