Belarus pays tribute to the memory of the inhabitants of Khatyn

On March 22, Belarus pays tribute to the memory of the inhabitants of Khatyn, which was burned down by the Nazis 80 years ago. Memorial Day of Khatyn is a day of remembrance of the fallen civilians of thousands of Belarusian villages destroyed during the Second World War. 

State Secretary of the Union State Dmitry Mezentsev visited the Khatyn memorial complex, where he laid flowers in memory of the peaceful victims of fascism.
