Experts discuss ministerial cooperation in CIS

A group of experts on cooperation between the foreign ministries of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) met at the CIS headquarters in Minsk on 10 March, BelTA learned from the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.

Taking part in the video conference were representatives of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and the CIS Executive Committee.

The participants of the meeting finalized and agreed upon the information on the implementation of the CIS multilevel ministerial consultations plan in 2021 and the information on the implementation of the 2021 action plan to intensify the partnership between the foreign ministries of the CIS member states.

The documents will be submitted in due course for consideration at the next meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council.
