According to Sergei Glazyev, a center of a new world economic order has formed in Asia today, which combines centralized strategic planning and market competition, state control over money circulation and private entrepreneurship.
"This order is illustrated by China's successful implementation of another five-year plan, where technological sovereignty has already been achieved. India is developing at a rapid pace, ASEAN is showing steady growth. Our Union State is also demonstrating sustainable development. This year we are increasing mutual trade by 20%. Belarus and Russia are strengthening cooperation, mutual ties, and industrial collaboration," reported the State Secretary of the Union State.

Sergei Glazyev emphasized that the countries of Asia today have formed a consensus of the majority - this thesis was heard in many speeches today. "Today there was a great deal of talk here about restoring international law, multipolarity, respect for national sovereignty, and voluntariness," noted Sergei Glazyev. "These principles are laid down: in the basis of the Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity (an initiative of President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko), these principles are at the basis of the Greater Eurasian Partnership (initiated by President of Russia Vladimir Putin), as well as in the principles of global governance put forward by the leadership of China," listed the State Secretary of the Union State.
