The very holding of the forum is already a success, because it brings together countries that are leading in the Asian region and that are shaping a common position. This was stated on the sidelines of the IV Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security by State Secretary of the Union State Sergei Glazyev.

The State Secretary of the Union State noted that a consensus had successfully emerged during the conference. "Almost everyone spoke about the fact that the charter of diversity and multipolarity shares the principles initiated by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. This charter is being promoted not only by the efforts of the countries present here and is gaining increasing popularity. It combines completely organically with the initiative of President of Russia Vladimir Putin on a Greater Eurasian Partnership. A broad Asian consensus is being formed here," emphasized Sergei Glazyev.

In his opinion, the start of dialogue with representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is a most important step forward, and holding the conference is already a great success.
