Belarus to take part in CSTO PA Council meeting in Moscow

A delegation of the House of Representatives headed by Speaker Vladimir Andreichenko will take part in a meeting of the Council of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO PA) and the 15th plenary session of the CSTO PA due in Moscow on 4 and 5December, BelTA learned from the press service of the House of Representatives.

The joint meeting of the council and the plenary session of the CSTO PA is scheduled for 5 December. The participants of the events will hear a report on the implementation of the priorities of Armenia's chairmanship in the CSTO in 2021 and 2022. Vladimir Andreichenko will inform the delegates about the priorities of Belarus for the period of chairmanship in the organization.

The CSTO PA will also consider the draft recommendations submitted at the initiative of the Standing Defense and Security Committee of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly and a number of others issues.
