Belarus' Development Bank to allocate Br40m for Minsk metro construction

The plan of financing state programs and activities in 2021 by the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus has been amended. The decision is stipulated in Council of Ministers' Resolution No.181 of 29 March 2021, which was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal on 31 March, BelTA has learned.

According to these changes, the Development Bank of Belarus will provide loans of Br40 million to the Minsk Metro Construction Directorate for the implementation of the Belarusian transport development program for 2021-2025.

The document also adjusted other volumes of financing under the decisions of the president. As a result, the total amount of financing state programs and measures by the Development Bank has been increased by Br30.88 million to Br988.582 million.

The resolution enters into force on the date of its adoption.
