Minsk is preparing to become a center for the demonstration of advanced technologies. More than 400 exhibiting companies will present their developments at the INNOPROM international exhibition, which will be held in Belarus for the first time next week, the organizers say.

The exhibition, which was previously held in Yekaterinburg, has become Russia's main industrial forum over the years. Now, after a decade and a half, Belarus has received the right to host this large-scale event, which is key for industrial cooperation within the Union State and the entire Eurasian Economic Union.

Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and domestic concerns will demonstrate to the guests their latest achievements, from autopilots for agricultural machinery to modern electric buses.

The organizers expect the arrival of more than 30 delegations from Russia, as well as national expositions from the Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The Minister of Industry of Belarus Andrey Kuznetsov noted that INNOPROM is an opportunity to present its capabilities and those of partners for entering into cooperation and complementarity.

"INNOPROM. Belarus is not only a platform for demonstrating advanced technologies, but also a space for concluding agreements. During the business program, specialized sessions and round tables are planned on topical issues of international cooperation in the field of innovation and technological partnership.
