From September 15 to December 15, 2025, citizens of the Republic of Belarus will be able to apply for studies at Russian universities at the expense of the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Citizens of Belarus, stateless persons with a residence permit in Belarus, as well as compatriots with citizenship of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, but not having permanent registration in the territory of the Russian Federation, can participate in the selection.

To participate in the selection, you must submit an application on the portal within the specified time frame. education-in-russia.com By filling out an online application and uploading the necessary documents, including an application form, copies of educational documents and medical certificates.

Candidates must choose 1 field of study and up to 6 priority universities in any region of Russia, observing the established selection rules.

Applicants for bachelor's and specialist's degrees will have to take distance selection tests in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, Russian language and world history (except for creative areas).

Successful completion of the selection tests will allow you to receive a quota for free tuition at a Russian university.
