Russia confirms over 5,600 COVID-19 cases in the past day

Russia’s coronavirus cases rose by 5,635 COVID-19 in the past day, reaching 818,120, the anti-coronavirus crisis center told reporters on Monday.

According to the crisis center, the daily growth rate in the past six days did not exceed 0.7%.
New 694 COVID-19 cases were confirmed in the past day in Moscow, 252 in the Sverdlovsk Region, 188 in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, 188 in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Region and 172 in St. Petersburg. The lowest growth rate in the 24 hours was recorded in the Nenets Autonomous Region (0%), the Moscow Region (0.2%), the Lipetsk Region (0.2%), Moscow (0.3%), the Kaluga Region (0.3%), Kabardino-Balkaria (0.3%), the Trans-Baikal Region (0.3%), the Lipetsk Region (0.3%) and Sevastopol (0.3%).
To date, 201,437 people diagnosed with COVID-19 are ill.
