President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko met with Governor of Russia's Krasnoyarsk Krai Mikhail Kotyukov on 19 May, reports the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The head of state first of all drew attention to the country's trade and economic interaction with the Russian region. "I must note that we are co-operating quite well. This is evidenced by the growth of trade turnover - we are always around $200 million, somewhere a little less, somewhere more," the President said. Alexander Lukashenko expressed confidence that this figure can be significantly increased, given the considerable potential that both sides have.
