MILEX 2025 expo underway in Minsk

The 12th edition of the international arms and defense technology expo MILEX 2025 has kicked off in Minsk to run through 24 May. The event will feature companies of the defense industry complex from Belarus and other five countries, BelTA learned from the State Authority for Military Industry of Belarus.

On display at the country’s main military technical event of the year will be samples of military equipment, the latest developments, most of which have been released or updated in recent years. According to the organizers, the exposition will feature more than 750 state-of-the-art samples of equipment and armament.

Among the exhibits with be the Lerka battery command post - a digital system for anti-aircraft units, the Mirotvorets strike drone, the Askalon missile, and the Groza-S counter-UAV electronic warfare station. The leading developer of the station - KB Radar - will show the latest means to combat drones: from stationary complexes to pocket gadgets.

Taking part in the exhibition will be 150 companies from Belarus and other five countries. It will be visited by representatives of more than 50 official delegations from almost 30 countries.

The International Exhibition of Armaments and Military Equipment MILEX will be held at the Minsk International Exhibition Center. The organizers are the State Authority for Military Industry, the Defense Ministry of Belarus and the National Exhibition Center BelExpo.
