Lukashenko congratulates Georgian president on his 55th birthday

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated President Mikheil Kavelashvili of Georgia on his 55th birthday, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“The relations between Minsk and Tbilisi are based on sincere friendship and close cultural ties, which successfully developed over decades of the Soviet era, when our peoples lived and worked as good neighbors, jointly developing the economy, culture, and sports, achieving great results and true victories. I am confident that further expansion of cooperation on the principles of partnership and mutual understanding will certainly contribute to the prosperity of both states,” the message of congratulations says.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Mikheil Kavelashvili strong health, wisdom in decision-making, and new achievements for the benefit of Georgia and its citizens.
