Belarus, Tatarstan to expand cooperation in mechanical engineering, agriculture

 Belarus and Tatarstan intend to step up cooperation in mechanical engineering, chemical industry and agriculture, BelTA informs citing the website of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Ulakhovich met with Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmatov during a visit of Tatarstan's business delegation to Minsk.

The parties discussed prospects of intensifying cooperation in mechanical engineering, chemical industry and agriculture, as well as cooperation between the two chambers, including a possibility to exchange best practices in the digitalization of services for enterprises. They also scheduled joint events for 2022.

Marat Akhmatov invited the BelCCI administration to take part in the international economic summit “Russia — Islamic world: KazanSummit 2022” to be held in Kazan in May.
