Golovchenko tells Mishustin about unfriendly acts against Belarus in phone call

Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko had a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Mikhail Mishustin on 24 May, BelTA learned from the press service of the Russian government.

“Within the framework of Belarus-Russia coordinated actions in foreign policy, the Belarusian head of government informed his Russian counterpart about the situation with the Ryanair plane landing in Minsk and the unfriendly and provocative actions of the European states against Belarus. The Latvian officials committed an unacceptable act with regard to the Belarusian state flag, which contradicts all the norms of interstate relations. In this regard, Belarus has taken adequate measures in response,” the press service said.

The parties also discussed the schedule of upcoming contacts at the governmental level and the progress in the implementation of the Union State programs.
