BelAZ to ship batch of 90t haulers to Russia's Severalmaz

A batch of eleven 90-tonne haul trucks BelAZ will join the fleet of the Russian diamond mining company Severalmaz, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian heavy truck manufacturer BelAZ.

Seven vehicles were shipped to the Russian mine in October. The rest will be delivered in November. By the end of the year the company plans to start using all the new vehicles to transport the rock mass. New haulers will help the company address its tasks more efficiently.
This is not the first delivery of Belarusian 90-tonne heavy trucks to the Russian enterprise. Five BelAZ trucks were shipped to Severalmaz in 2018.
The Russian diamond mining company Severalmaz develops M.V. Lomonosov diamond deposits in Arkhangelsk Oblast, the biggest diamond deposit in Europe. The Russian company has used Belarusian equipment since the start of works at the site. It was the 42-tonne BelAZ hauler that worked at the Arkhangelskaya pipe in 2003. At the end of its service life, the hauler was installed as a monument at the viewing platform. In 2005, a BelAZ hauler delivered the first tonnes of ore to the newly commissioned ore-dressing plant.
The public joint-stock company (OAO) BelAZ is the managing company of the holding company BelAZ. BelAZ is the world's largest manufacturer of haul trucks and transport equipment for the mining industry and the civil engineering industry. BelAZ occupies about 30% of the world market of haul trucks with an extremely large carrying capacity. The company makes the world's largest haul truck with the carrying capacity of 450 tonnes.
