Belarus to attend St. Petersburg International Gas Forum 2023

Belarusian enterprises are preparing for the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, BelTA learned from the public relations and media service of Gazprom Transgaz Belarus.

More than two dozen enterprises from Belarus will present their developments in the field of import substitution for the oil and gas industry of Russia and for the innovative development program and the corporate import substitution plan of PAO Gazprom.

The St. Petersburg International Gas Forum will be held from 31 October to 3 November 2023. Belarus will put together several expositions at the prestigious international forum. Along with various technological innovations developed for the gas industry, Belaurs will showcase new models of vehicles running on liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG).

Prospects for expanding cooperation were discussed by Deputy Chairman of Gazprom Management Committee as he visited Belarusian enterprises, including BelAZ, Minsk Automobile Plant and others.

Ways of expanding cooperation with Belarusian enterprises were discussed during a meeting with the industry flagships presided over by Vitaly Markelov and Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Parkhomchik of Belarus.
