Dmitry Krutoi, Head of the Belarus President Administration, shared details of Aleksandr Lukashenko’s work schedule for the coming months during an interview to Belarus 1 TV channel, BelTA has learned.

Discussing the head of state’s schedule for the near future, Dmitry Krutoi said that primary attention will be devoted to agriculture and, in particular, to spring field work.

“The State Control Committee and other agencies that monitor these processes are presenting reports to our leader that are not very optimistic,” the head of the Belarus President Administration explained the particular urgency of this topic. “Then we have the sad anniversary events related to the Chernobyl tragedy. This year, we need to sum up the results of the relevant programs. That’s why the president traditionally plans to devote a substantial portion of his time specifically to these regions, to see firsthand how his directives on Chernobyl issues are being implemented.”

Dmitry Krutoi additionally signaled a series of international engagements, yet refrained from disclosing specifics prematurely. “The geopolitical environment is undergoing profound transformation, and certain adjustments may occur,” he explained. “Nevertheless, a number of long-anticipated visits have been essentially confirmed, and the president has already commenced preparations.”
