On the eve of the Business and Cultural Complex of the Embassy of Belarus in Russia, a solemn event was held on the occasion of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus. Dmitry Mezentsev, State Secretary of the Union State, took part in the event, according to the official telegram channel of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation.
