Preparatory work for the autumn-winter period in Belarus is carried out in full accordance with the established rules, Alexander Mikhnyuk, Deputy Chief Engineer of the State Production Association Belenergo, said at a press conference dedicated to the preparation of the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Belarus for work in the autumn-winter period. Organizations must register certificates of readiness of heat sources and consumers of thermal energy in Gosenergogaznadzor. It is planned to issue 29,209 such passports for consumers and 10,410 for departmental heat sources in the republic, the correspondent reports Soyuz.by.

The Speaker noted that as of September 12, 26,326 consumer readiness passports and 9,499 heat source readiness passports had already been registered, which is 90% and 91%, respectively, of the total number.
"The first region fully prepared for winter was Gomel, where passport registration was completed on September 2. The organizations of the Ministry of Energy have also fully registered their passports. This year's innovation is the possibility of ordering a service for registration of a readiness passport on a single electronic services portal," said the Deputy chief engineer of the State Production Association Belenergo.
Alexander Mikhnyuk also noted that if there are certificates of readiness for work in the autumn-winter period, registration is carried out automatically, without visiting Gosenergogaznadzor. Thus, 643 consumer readiness passports and 530 heat source passports have already been issued. Passport registration must be completed by September 30th. Gosenergogaznadzor employees work daily, including on weekends, to ensure that deadlines are met.
