In accordance with the provision on equal rights of citizens stipulated by the Treaty on Foundation of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, Belarusian citizens will be brought from third countries together with Russian citizens in accordance with evacuation lists. The lists have been prepared by Belarusian diplomatic missions abroad upon applications from citizens staying abroad.
Belarusian citizens will be brought to Moscow by Russian charter flights. Belarusians will be able to fly home from the airports Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo via regular flights of the Belarusian air carrier Belavia.
The Belarusian embassy in Russia will help Belarusians, who arrive in the Vnukovo airport, to reach the Domodedovo airport. Citizens will have to pass through border control, sanitary and epidemiological control procedures first. Lists with their names will have to be reconciled with the crisis center of the Russian Federation Internal Affairs Ministry.
