Viktor Sheiman briefed the head of state on the fulfillment of his instructions following the visit to the countries of Latin America and other issues.
Accepting Viktor Sheiman's resignation from the post of the head of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate in June 2021, Aleksandr Lukashenko asked him not to step aside and to provide assistance where it was necessary. First of all, this pertained to the cooperation with distant countries which Viktor Sheiman was in charge of.
