"BELGEE" demonstrated work after a large-scale modernization

Most recently, "BELGEE" completed a large-scale modernization, which was aimed at improving product quality and increasing production capacity. As a result of the modernization, modern technologies were introduced into the work, additional equipment was installed.

During the first stage of modernization, the paint shop was modernized, which made it possible to increase its capacity from 60 thousand to 120 thousand cars per year. The welding workshop was also modernized, where the laser welding robots necessary for the production of sedans appeared. The number of robots at the plant increased from 38 to 78.
Currently, an additional expansion of the welding workshop and the organization of production of the stamping workshop is being designed. It is planned that the construction of the stamping workshop will reduce logistics flows and increase the degree of localization of production. Automated stamping lines for large-sized parts will become an important process for the Belarusian industry.
