“In today's circumstances, regardless of the political and economic environment, despite the relentless challenges and threats faced by all the countries of the world, it is the immediate neighbors who must preserve human ties, economic and humanitarian relations,” the message of greetings reads. “Belarusians and Latvians have long-standing fraternal, good-neighborly relations, and also the positive experience of peaceful coexistence of many generations. Let's not let this be ruined! Only together, in accord and peace, will we be able to overcome all the difficulties and hardships."
