We remember the fortitude and courage of the border guards who were the first to stand in the way of the enemy and gave their lives for our bright future,” the president of Belarus emphasized. “It should always be like that. I have no doubt that today you have all the necessary knowledge, skills and means to push back against every incident of border trespassing and protect peace in our native land. I would like to address special words of appreciation to the veterans of the border service who dedicated the best years of their life to protecting the border and wish them good health and longevity.”

“I wish peace, happiness, prosperity and new professional achievements to border guards and their families, as well as to veterans of the border service” Aleksandr Lukashenko noted.
