“New attempts to crush us, Russians, Belarusians, Slavs, to destroy the sense of national pride and culture have united us and prompted us to restore our former power,” Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized. “And they shook us up tremendously. And everyone who watches the unfolding Ukrainian tragedy and other geopolitical tragedies, understands, even if they don’t say it out loud: those who are ready to serve any master for handouts will sooner or later lose.”
The president noted that betrayal of the past and traditions weakens a state and leads to its collapse. It is clear to everyone.
“Some are waiting for the finale. Like, for example, Poland, which has its own score to settle with Ukraine (remember the Volyn massacre from books and movies). The outcome will be dramatic if we don’t stop. But it is inevitable. And, apparently, it won’t save the previous order,” the president said.
