From August 16 to 18, the water lantern festival "Dream Fest" is taking place in Yusupovsky Park in St. Petersburg, which is also attended by organizers of cultural events from Belarus.

Within the framework of the festival, guests of Yusupovsky Park will have a rich program: rock hits performed by a symphony orchestra, leading fire and pyrotechnic teams of St. Petersburg accompanied by opera arias, a unique flyboard show over a huge moon. In addition, light art objects, Alice's Looking Glass and many locations with master-classes will be located on the site. Those who wish will be able to enjoy musical compositions on the piano, harp sounds, as well as take part in a ball in the company of elegant gentlemen and ladies.
