Russia's Bashkortostan seeks cooperation with Bellegprom companies

Russia's Bashkortostan is showing interest in cooperation with Belarusian light industry enterprises, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian light industry concern Bellegprom.

The business mission of the Republic of Bashkortostan got familiar with a number of large enterprises of Bellegprom. During the three-day visit to Belarus, the members of the delegation visited Kamvol, Mogotex, Mogilevkhimvolokno, Orsha Linen Mill and others. They also held a number of talks with the management of the Bellegprom Concern and the heads of the enterprises.

“I would like to express my gratitude to Belarus for organizing the visit. We have studied most of the light industry of the country. We knew that it was well-developed, but we did not expect to see such a high level. We will try to apply everything we have seen here at our enterprises,” Oleg Tyshchenko, Deputy Minister of Industry, Energy and Innovations of the Republic of Bashkortostan, said.

The authorities of the Russian region is ready to establish cooperation between the light industry enterprises of Belarus and Bashkortostan. Plans are in place to supply yarn or fabrics, and to introduce innovative technologies into production.

A delegation of representatives of Bashkortostan's government and light industry enterprises arrived in Belarus on 31 October. The delegation comprises representatives of Bashkortostan's enterprises Modnitsa, Agidel, OPTRI, Malysh, Iskozh, Delta, MadyArt, HelenGrey.
