Lukashenko: Russia will always remain Belarus' closest ally

Belarus will build strategic partnership relations with China, the West, the United States, neighbors and also the countries of the distant arc, the Belarusian president noted. “We will continue to solve international problems exclusively by peaceful means and, if asked, we will lend a helping hand to other states,” the president stressed. “We have not created any problems for anyone and we are not going to.
