Lukashenko to consider amendments to Criminal Procedure Code

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko is set to host a government meeting to discuss the proposed amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code on 11 February. The corresponding bill has been worked out, BelTA has learned.

The work was launched two years ago, following a meeting on improving the performance of courts.

“The main goal is to improve the procedure for appealing against court decisions in criminal proceedings,” the Telegram channel Pul Pervogo said.
