Anna Lukashenko and Natalia Eismont told what the “Marathon of Unity” will be like

The campaign “Marathon of Unity” will cover all regions, and Molodechno will be the starting point. Anna Lukashenko, head of the working group on campaign “Marathon of Unity” preparation, told about it at the press conference devoted to the republican social and cultural action “Marathon of Unity”, BelTA informs.

“Of course, preparations for the ‘Unity Marathon’ began long before it was officially announced. It began on the President's instruction, and for several months, specialists from several areas and industries made their proposals and we formed the program of events of the Marathon. Realizing that unity is a multilayered concept, we certainly filled our action with events that will unite people through culture, education, some common activities,” said Anna Lukashenko.
The program of events to be held both at the national and local levels has been formed. Anna Lukashenko noted that the “Marathon of Unity” will come to every region of Belarus. As a rule, the program will last two days and will include various events, while the end will be a bright and large-scale concert. The participants will be not only local creative groups, but also those that will come from other regions of our country.
“The first point of the “Marathon” will be Molodechno. The first events will be held there on October 11,” said Anna Lukashenko.
