BelAZ, MTZ, MAZ named most popular sites for industrial tourism in 2023

BelAZ, MTZ and MAZ were the most visited industrial tourism destinations in Belarus in 2023, Deputy Industry Minister Dmitry Kharitonchik said at a meeting of the working group on industrial tourism, BelTA has learned.

“The industrial sites drawing the biggest number of tourists in 2023 were BelAZ (51,500 tourists, up by 58% over 2022), MTZ (19,200 tourists, up by 15%), and MAZ (6,886 tourists, up by 29%). Gomselmash, BATE, BMZ, Mogilevliftmash, Bobruiskagromash have good growth dynamics, too,” noted Dmitry Kharitonchik.
In general, all enterprises of the Industry Ministry posted an increase in tourist numbers last year, with some enterprises enjoying a many-fold increase in the number of visitors.
