Russia’s Perm Territory shows interest in Belarusian furniture

Russia’s Perm Territory is interested in Belarusian furniture, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and Trade of Perm Territory Aleksei Chibisov said during a joint meeting of the working group on cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Perm Territory of the Russian Federation, BelTA learned from the press service of the Forestry Ministry of Belarus - reports BelTA.

Aleksei Chibisov noted that there are no large furniture manufacturers in Perm. The market is up for grabs.

"We will definitely pass this information on to our colleagues. We have enterprises that produce high-quality furniture. Among these are Pinskdrev, Molodechnomebel and others. I am sure they will be interested," said Aleksandr Kulik, Belarusian Froestry Minister, co-chairman of the working group.

By the way, colleagues from Perm Territory, who previously visited Belarus and saw product samples, highly appreciated the quality of Belarusian furniture.

The Forestry Ministry oversees the cooperation with Perm Territory on behald of the Belarusian government.
