Mezentsev: the Union Council of Ministers will support the proposal to finance the museum on Buinichi field

Dmitry Mezentsev, State Secretary of the Union State, expressed confidence that the Council of Ministers of the Union State would support the initiative to finance the museum on Buinichi Field. He told reporters on the eve of a meeting with representatives of ministries and departments of the Russian Federation – government customers of programs and activities of the Union State to summarize the implementation of programs, activities and the disbursement of funds from the Union budget in 2024.

Reports of contractors on seven existing projects of the union were presented at the meeting. One of the key issues was the financing of the museum in the Mogilev region.
"This issue is being discussed at the initiative of the speakers of the national parliaments Vyacheslav Volodin and Igor Sergeenko. We are confident that the Council of Ministers of the Union State will support the proposal to start financing the museum on Buinichi Field within the framework of the memorial complex, which was proposed by the regional leadership and received support from the President of Belarus," Dmitry Mezentsev added.
The meeting's agenda included 18 programs and 7 projects of the Union State in such areas as defense, security, law enforcement, as well as social policy and economics.
